Identification
Under Spain's Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), article 10: FindeAlicante is a personal project by Max Samuliak (contact via the suggestion page). [NIF y domicilio a efectos de notificaciones — pendiente]
Purpose
FindeAlicante is a free events agenda and editorial guide for the province of Alicante. Using the site means accepting this legal notice and the privacy policy.
Terms of use
The content is informational: event details (dates, times, prices, locations) come from public sources or organisers themselves and can change without notice — always confirm anything important with the official source before travelling. Overloading the service, mass-scraping its content, or any unlawful use is not permitted.
Intellectual property
FindeAlicante's own design, code and editorial text belong to its author. Photographs are mostly sourced from Wikimedia Commons and shown with attribution where the licence requires it. Each event's data belongs to its organiser or original source, cited on the event's own page.
Third-party links
Links to organisers' websites, Telegram, Google Maps or other third parties are outside FindeAlicante's control, and it is not responsible for their content or their own policies.
Liability
FindeAlicante makes a reasonable effort to keep information current, but does not guarantee its complete accuracy or that the site will always be available, and is not responsible for decisions made solely on this content without checking the official source.
Donations
The donate button is a voluntary, unconditional contribution processed by Stripe, and does not grant any extra access or benefit in return. Since it is not a purchase of goods or services, standard e-commerce withdrawal rights don't apply; a duplicate or technically erroneous charge is still refunded without question — reach out via the suggestion page with the email or amount used.
Governing law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is subject to the courts that apply under Spanish consumer-protection rules.
